1.本发明属于有机化合物工艺应用技术领域,具体涉及非对称多硫类化合物及其合成方法和应用。


背景技术:

2.非对称多硫类化合物广泛存在于天然产物,药物和生物体内,因此一直以来,对非对称多硫类化合物的合成方法都广受大家的关注。如今科学家们已经设计了多种过硫化的方法,但是现有制备方法都有一个共同的缺点,即对于每一个试剂,均需要通过特殊的步骤多步合成,合成路线长,耗费时间和试剂。虽然已经有很多关于非对称多硫类化合物合成方法的报道,但是一直以来都没有找到一个好的试剂,可以对硫硫键两侧的分子任意连接,得到新型的非对称多硫类化合物。
3.因此,寻找一种具有通用性的,高效、环境友好、条件温和和经济适用的过硫化方法便显得尤其重要。


技术实现要素:

4.本发明克服了传统合成非对称多硫类化合物的局限性,使用两侧可以离去的双边二硫试剂,该反应具有很强的兼容性,通过对碳,硫,氮不同亲核试剂的连接,可以得到六种不同的非对称多硫类化合物。鉴于此,本发明设计了通过使用金属铜催化剂,通过有机硼酸类化合物、双边二硫试剂与有机胺或者硫醇,或者通过有机硼酸类化合物、双边二硫试剂与芳烃,或者通过有机胺、双边二硫试剂与另一分子硫醇或者有机胺,或者通过硫醇、双边二硫试剂与另一分子硫醇来制备非对称多硫类化合物的反应方法。
