o5271.0501,found 271.0593。7.一种小槐花提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:称取小槐花根和/或茎和/或叶进行粉碎,加入料液比1:1~20的提取溶剂,室温浸泡2~48小时或回流提取2~48小时,过滤收集滤液,浓缩除去提取溶剂,即得小槐花根和/或茎和/或叶提取物。8.根据权利要求7所述的小槐花提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述提取溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、水、乙醇水混合,提取温度为0℃至100℃。9.一种小槐花活性成分的分离纯化与结构鉴定方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:称取小槐花提取物,悬浮于水中,用乙酸乙酯萃取3次,乙酸乙酯层合并,干燥浓缩得到粗提物,然后用不同填料的色谱柱进行分离纯化,直到产品纯度达到90%以上,通过光谱学鉴定其结构。10.根据权利要求9所述的小槐花活性成分的分离纯化与结构鉴定方法,其特征在于:所述色谱柱填料为大孔树脂、硅胶、凝胶或反相硅胶;或者,所述光谱学方法为核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、二维谱,质谱、红外光谱或紫外光谱。
